Enda is a Director and Founder of Strata. He is a highly experienced construction planner with over 20 years’ experience, working across all construction sectors. At Strata, he leads a specialist engineering team who provide expert planning, project controls, analytics, visualisation and delay analysis services.

Prior to establishing Strata, Enda was the head planner for Skanska on the ESS (European Spallation Source) project in Sweden, one of Europe’s largest active infrastructure projects. The ESS project is a €3 billion scientific research facility involving a 600m linear accelerator tunnel and once operational, it will become the world’s most powerful neutron source.

Enda has a specialty in construction delay analysis, having completed an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at Kings College London. This along with his considerable planning expertise has enabled him to conduct multiple delay analysis including as-planned versus as-built and time impact analysis to support and defend extensions of time. He has extensive knowledge of dispute resolution methods and has presented at multiple negotiation meetings as well as in the commercial courts.
